Brendan Snow is a value investor and operator focused on acquiring and building insurance businesses for the long term. He is a Partner and Investor at Passage Holdings LLC, an insurance-focused holding company, and serves as VP of Business and Company Development at Safe Passage International, a licensed insurance brokerage focused on specialty travel risks.

Brendan's investment approach is grounded in a long-term, fundamentals-driven discipline honed as an Investment Research Analyst at Investment Management Associates. His earlier career spanned development finance and emerging markets, including work as an independent consultant to the World Bank. He began his career in development finance and policy roles at the Overseas Private Investment Corporation, Partners for the Common Good, and the Community Development Bankers Association.

Brendan holds a Master's Degree from Sciences Po Paris (2011), and graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Colorado (2007).

Edward Vandenberg is an insurance operations expert in data, technology, and process improvement with over 30 years of consulting/management experience in AI/ML. He has a wide knowledge of insurance products and processes. As a seasoned industry consultant, he has delivered process improvements across a variety of insurance operations and lines of business. He served as the head of claims analytics for a top-5 P&C insurance company and as the P&C analytics subject-matter expert for Accenture LLC. He also served as a Lloyd’s Broker in London. Having started his insurance career with specialty MGA’s under JLT (Marsh) and Aon, he has extensive experience creating and managing MGAs.

Mr Vandenberg is passionate about helping insurance companies deploy technology to improve customer experience, financial performance, and competitiveness. He is currently helping insurance organizations operationalize and monetize artificial intelligence.

Edward has extensive international experience. Holding advanced degrees in business and technology. Author, speaker, and consultant to major and mid-market insurance companies. A certified bare-boat skipper living in Denver, Colorado.
